Changes Underway!

Hi there group. Zsenith here yet again with an update. So as mentioned a few days back there are going to be some big changes. Primarily to the submitting process which we hope will make things easy for you, our group members.

The group will be changing folders from Art type to character species. There will be no further bias beyond what species a character is as to where they go (So anything cat related would go into the feline folder). There are very very few exceptions that, when the change is completed, will be explained.

The group will be submission-less for a bit. I will discuss with my other admins on making submissions to folders unlimited for a short time to allow you all to repost work here if desired.

That said since the group will pretty much have a fresh start I expect there to be quite a bit of feedback:

Why can't you move the art into the new folders when they're made: I don't have the staff to do that in a short period of time. Collectively there are three active admins that show themselves when they can and even that is in sparing amounts. I myself am the single most active admin around and as any of you can imagine it's kind of tiring to have to go through 50-100 submissions every few days when I have time.

I think this is a waste of time just leave things the way they are: If there were enough people who mentioned this ahead of time I would leave the group as it was, sadly that didn't appear to be the case, this change should prove a lot easier for staff members and group members alike.

How long will the shift take: Not long (I hope). I think a dedicated hour's worth of time spent should be enough really.

Those are the only things I can think will arise the most. I'll answer anything else as it arises.
